Elderflower Sparkle Family

This family of drinks is based on (you guessed it) elderflower. Elderflower was transported across the high seas in the mid 1800s and planted in kiwi soil by early European settlers. It was used to boost the immune system, sooth the respiratory tract and reduce inflammation. These health benefits, combined with its thirst-quenching taste make elderflower the perfect base for our Elderflower Sparkle range.

When we are putting the drink into the bottle we help maintain product integrity by using a special Pasteurizing technique. Pasteurization often degrades the fruity goodness inside juices but with our method of tunnel pasteurizing, the goodness that we put in the bottle stays in the bottle.
